Setting Yourself Up To Fail

Most of my adult life I have strove for perfection, in whatever I tried, only to find my best efforts were just not good enough …for me, causing anxiety and stress that had a knock on effect to my work, my family and friends.

 I would plummet into depressive moods, not sleeping or eating properly, my weight  becoming erratic, my physical health being plagued by headaches, nausea, dizziness and fainting, to name just a few of the symptoms I suffered.  I always set myself up to fail.
